At the beginning of the 21st century heart and circulatory system diseases are amongst the leading causes of death in Hungary. Speedy and modern diagnosis represents the most important factor for the timely selection of a treatment that will lead to recovery.
The Pozitron-Diagnosztika Health Center has been open to patients since July of 2005 for the examination of tumors and heart diseases. In the time since it opened, more than 15,000 patients and numerous doctors have honored us with their trust. Our goal is the provision of high quality diagnostics for patients so they can choose the most effective therapy.
At our cardiology out-patient clinic we have, in addition to the state of the art Dual Source CT, a treadmill exercise EKG apparatus, Holter and ABP monitors, as well as an echocardiogram device. With all of these instruments we have the opportunity for a full range of out-patient examinations.
Through an agreement signed with national institutes and the Semmelweis University we participate in research and also continuing education for doctors.
